2024 REAL ESTATE A Word From Marc: Well, although a few weeks ago we were reminded of what Minnesota normally looks like in February the extended forecast for March is looking like we are all apparently living in Nashville. I've been able to run on the trails all winter. I am grateful but it still feels weird. It appears my new listing with the beautiful pool will be a hot commodity. See what I did there! Nonetheless, my clients are happy. Eight existing homes have sold in North Oaks so far in 2024. That's about one a week. As predicted it's a quicker than normal spring market. Of course this means even less inventory but more homes are coming on the market as March approaches. Showings on luxury homes are up 154%. Clearly the buyers are out there. Recent Inflation data is keeping the interest rate steady but with a good portion of our sales being cash It really hasn't affected the North Oaks market.
