A Word From Marc: A friend of mine recently told me an endearing story about eagles. She read a story on the inter-web about how halfway through their lifespan Eagles have to make a choice. Apparently, they have to decide to shed their old beaks, talons and feathers so they can start with new ones and live their remaining life with a fresh perspective and parts. If they refuse to do so they will perish without changing. It's a wonderful story and metaphor. We also can stay exactly as we are our entire life or we can change and adapt and willingly improve ourselves. Change is hard. As endearing a story this is of course it's entirely false. Eagles are perfect just as they are. They don't need to change. We are the other hand are a flawed species but we are capable of doing amazing things if we are willing try to improve and do better. Life is full of choices and that's a wonderful thing. Moral of the story. Don't listen to everything you read on the inter-web and buy a house. Get ready guys. Inflation is down. The Fed is going to cut interest rates. The demand for properties is going to be strong. You can stay where you are or you can change. Maybe buy a house where you can watch eagles soar.
